All representation in the Police Station is funded by Legal Aid

We always advise on the availability of legal aid in both Civil and Criminal cases and will help you to complete the application forms.

All terms and conditions regarding legal aid will be explained to you.

Legal Help

We offer legal help for the purpose of case investigation. You automatically qualify for help if you are on Income support, Job Seekers Allowance or Pension Credit.
 

Private Clients

There are complex, sensitive and serious matters in which you may wish to instruct us privately.  You may also wish to have the particular skills and expertese of a particular solicitor.  We undertake a substantial amount of private work and will gladly provide you with an estimate of the costs.

We would, in most cases require an agreed sum in advance and would be happy to discuss suitable arrangements

No Win - No Fee

Our Clinical negligence and Personal Injury team will be prepared to consider handling appropriate claims on a 'no win - no fee' basis and can offer information regarding after the event insurance.
