Our Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Department pursue claims on behalf of victims who have been injured through no fault of their own. All our clients receive their compensation in full, our costs are paid by the opponent's insurers.

We help in obtaining financial compensation for victims of medical accidents. Losses usually include pain, suffering and loss of amenities of life including psychological damage; loss of past and future income; past and future care; medical expenses and prescriptions; reduced employment prospects and legal expenses.

We not only seek to gain financial compensation for our clients, but if liability is admitted by the Defendant we will seek to persuade them to finance rehabilitation and other treatment to help ensure our clients make the best recovery possible.

The Partner heading the department, John Gillman, is a member of the Law Society's Clinical Negligence Panel, and a member of AVMA (Action v Medical Accidents) Lawyers Resource Service.
