Unfortunately these departments are often overwhelmed with demand and complex casework in this area, like so much of Legal Aid, remains grossly under-rewarded. Never the less our dedicated team seek to  provide high quality advice for people who are often in desperate circumstances, facing eviction, without income  and all the trauma of family breakdown.
