Philip Jacobs has been a Solicitor since 1974 and specializes in Housing Law and he and his assistant provide advice and representation in all Housing matters such as disrepair, possession actions, eviction and the growing use of anti-social behaviour and closure orders brought by Councils and Social Landlords.

The Housing Department will also do private work for clients who do not qualify for legal aid in Housing and Landlord and Tenant matters .Our Housing Department is a part of the civil team which attempts to provide a comprehensive service to our local community.
