Having previously had a successful career as a session musician, Graham graduated with first class honours from the Faculty of Law at the University of Westminster in 1996. He completed his legal training at Powell Spencer and Partners and qualified as a solicitor in 2000. Whilst training, Graham practised in the fields of criminal law and welfare benefits, appearing on behalf of benefits appellants at many welfare rights tribunals.
He has been a Personal Injury litigator since qualification but has also more recently built up a successful practice in Clinical Negligence. He is a member of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel (now known as the Personal Injury Accreditation Scheme). He is also accredited as a Litigator of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
He has recently settled a case for just under £1,000,000 where a 13-year-old passenger in a car was severely injured when it ran into the back of a scaffolding truck. Other recent case highlights include a Clinical Negligence claim resulting in an award of £65,000 for a client whose bile duct was severed whilst undergoing a laparoscopic cholecystectomy (gall bladder surgery) and the recovery of more than £140,000 for a client who had been severely beaten and suffered depressed fractures to her skull and brain damage.
A highly committed, conscientious and skilful Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Lawyer, Graham maintains his interest in performing music and is currently enjoying playing bass guitar with his band.
