15 August 2023 – Not guilty in the Magistrates Court

The vast majority of cases in the criminal justice system are dealt with in the Magistrates Court because the Crown Court has the most serious cases it inevitably attracts most of the attention but Magistrates Court cases also change peoples lives. We are delighted to report the acquittal of our client in relation to an allegation of coercive and controlling behavior at the Willesden Magistrates Court. 15 June 2023 – Not guilty in the Youth Court

Many thanks to the excellent Sarah Jane Ewart of One Pump Court. Who very ably represented our young client accused of a sexual assault on another pupil but who thankfully was acquitted.

16 June 2023 – Not guilty in the Isleworth Crown Court

Our client faced charges of GBH with intent and also the lesser section 20 offence. After a four day trial he was acquitted on the unanimous verdict of the jury. Great thanks to counsel Rebecca Martin
