Our client faced charges of GBH with intent and also the lesser section 20 offence. After a four day trial he was acquitted on the unanimous verdict of the jury. Great thanks to counsel Rebecca Martin of One Pump Court who was extremely good and instructed by Patricia Gaskin and Greg Powell.
